My style draws on diverse experiences and proven techniques, integrating person-centred methods with a psychodynamic lens to explore relationships and illuminate conscious and unconscious processes.

We'll go beyond traditional models to achieve greater relational depth. I incorporate somatic approaches for embodied wisdom and appreciative inquiry to foster self-compassion and growth.

About Me
I'm deeply passionate about coaching, but even more so about supervision. My journey in coaching began in 2013, with supervision following in 2021.
I continuously invest in my own coaching supervision and supervision of my supervision, ensuring my practice remains fresh and insightful. I am accredited as a Master Executive Coach (APECS) and a Master Coach Supervisor (AC)
I trained as a supervisor with Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot at CSTD. Having experienced burnout, I've learned to resource myself better. I've completed a 7-month Internal Family Systems Course for coaches.
